Motions, Appeals & Insurance
Appellate practice does not begin with filing the notice of appeal. From the outset of the case attorney Wayne Rubin focuses in on the issues likely to arise during the course of litigation, and develops a comprehensive strategy to present and preserve those issues. To that end attorney Rubin has routinely become involved in researching and drafting summary judgment and other substantial pre-trial motions, motions in limine, trial memoranda of law, jury instructions and post-trial motions. His objectivity, attention to detail, superb researching skills, and clear and forceful writing style have resulted in an impressive record of success.
For many years attorney Rubin has represented both policyholders and insurance companies in coverage disputes. Not infrequently, he has been able to resolve the matter with a letter containing a detailed analysis of the facts as applied to the relevant policy language.
Attorney Rubin has also litigated a wide range of insurance issues in both federal and state courts. Learn more »
